Use level and Method: 1-70%, For Emulsions at 1-2% use level Celus Bi Feel 10 added at below 50C at the end of the process, homogenize and stir until cooling. at the levels of 3-5% can be pre-dispersed in the W phase or O phase. Anhydrous products like Lipsticks and Lipgloss, disperse direct in the Oil phase. For compact powders, just add to the bulk and proceed with compacting the powders.
